Questions from Cambois brands
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do you only work with Cambois businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Cambois orders go out by tracked delivery to NE24.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
How long does delivery to Cambois take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Cambois orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Cambois address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Cambois
Any food supplement sold from Cambois must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers for Northumberland.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
