Questions from Canwick brands
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Canwick?
Canwick is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
When will my labels arrive in Canwick?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Canwick orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Canwick address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
