Common questions in Cellan
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Cellan address, showing our materials and finishes.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do you only work with Cellan businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Cellan deliveries go by tracked courier to SA48.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
When will my labels arrive in Cellan?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Cellan orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.

Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
