FAQs for Church Stretton
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Church Stretton, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
How long does delivery to Church Stretton take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Church Stretton orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Who checks supplement labels in Shropshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Shropshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
