Collett's Green questions
Do I need to be based in Collett's Green to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Collett's Green deliveries go by tracked courier to WR2.
When will my labels arrive in Collett's Green?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Collett's Green orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Collett's Green?
Collett's Green is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
