Cotes questions
How long does delivery to Cotes take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Cotes orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Cotes?
Cotes is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you only work with Cotes businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Cotes deliveries go by tracked delivery to LE12.
Who enforces food labelling in Leicestershire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Leicestershire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
