Questions from Ditchling brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
When will my labels arrive in Ditchling?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Ditchling orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Ditchling businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ditchling orders go by tracked courier to BN6.
Who checks supplement labels in West Sussex?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for West Sussex, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
