FAQs for Douglastown
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Douglastown, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Angus?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Angus, with national oversight from Food Standards Scotland. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
When will my labels arrive in Douglastown?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Douglastown orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
