Drummore questions
When will my labels arrive in Drummore?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Drummore orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Who checks supplement labels in Dumfries and Galloway?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Dumfries and Galloway, with national oversight from Food Standards Scotland. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do you only work with Drummore businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Drummore orders go out by tracked courier to DG9.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
