Questions from East Kennett brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you only work with East Kennett businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. East Kennett orders go out by tracked delivery to SN8.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from East Kennett?
East Kennett is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
When will my labels arrive in East Kennett?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of East Kennett orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
