East Ruston questions
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from East Ruston?
East Ruston is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your East Ruston address, showing our materials and finishes.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
How long does delivery to East Ruston take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of East Ruston orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
