Common questions in Firsby
When will my labels arrive in Firsby?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Firsby orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Firsby businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Firsby orders go out by tracked delivery to PE23.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Lincolnshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lincolnshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
