Common questions in Glewstone
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Glewstone?
Glewstone is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long does delivery to Glewstone take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Glewstone orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Glewstone address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you only work with Glewstone businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Glewstone orders go out by tracked courier to HR9.
