Common questions in Goldcliff
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Goldcliff?
Goldcliff is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
How long does delivery to Goldcliff take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Goldcliff orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Goldcliff, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
