Goonhavern questions
Do you only work with Goonhavern businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Goonhavern deliveries go out by tracked delivery to TR4.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long does delivery to Goonhavern take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Goonhavern orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Who checks supplement labels in Cornwall?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
