Common questions in Gresham
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
How long does delivery to Gresham take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Gresham orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do you only work with Gresham businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Gresham orders go out by tracked courier to NR11.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Gresham, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Gresham
Products you sell from Gresham must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In Norfolk, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Norfolk.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
