Questions from Grosmont brands
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Grosmont address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who enforces food labelling in North Yorkshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for North Yorkshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Do I need to be based in Grosmont to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Grosmont orders go by tracked delivery to YO22.
How long does delivery to Grosmont take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Grosmont orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
