FAQs for Harkstead
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long does delivery to Harkstead take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Harkstead orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Harkstead?
Harkstead is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
