Hessenford questions
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Hessenford address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Hessenford?
Hessenford is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
How long does delivery to Hessenford take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Hessenford orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
