Questions from Hickling Pastures brands
How long does delivery to Hickling Pastures take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Hickling Pastures orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Hickling Pastures, showing our materials and finishes.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
