Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Hilton
Supplements sold from Hilton must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Shropshire.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Questions from Hilton brands
Do you only work with Hilton businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Hilton deliveries go out by tracked delivery to WV15.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Hilton address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in Hilton?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Hilton orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and stays put on curved plastic.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
