Questions from Holmfirth brands
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Holmfirth, showing our materials and finishes.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Who enforces food labelling in Kirklees?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Kirklees, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
