Rules in England

Hoyle questions
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Hoyle, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in Hoyle?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Hoyle orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Who enforces food labelling in West Sussex?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for West Sussex, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
