Questions from Idbury brands
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Do I need to be based in Idbury to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Idbury orders go by tracked delivery to OX7.
When will my labels arrive in Idbury?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Idbury orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Idbury?
Idbury is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
