FAQs for Kennethmont
Do you only work with Kennethmont businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Kennethmont orders go out by tracked courier to AB54.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Kennethmont, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in Kennethmont?
Usually two working days after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Kennethmont orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.

Rules in Scotland
Label rules that apply in Kennethmont
Any food supplement sold from Kennethmont must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of Food Standards Scotland. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
