Common questions in Knightcote
When will my labels arrive in Knightcote?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Knightcote orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Knightcote?
Knightcote is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
