Questions from Linthurst brands
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
How long does delivery to Linthurst take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Linthurst orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Linthurst, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do I need to be based in Linthurst to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Linthurst orders go by tracked courier to B60.
