Questions from Llanddulas brands
When will my labels arrive in Llanddulas?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Llanddulas orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Llanddulas to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Llanddulas deliveries go by tracked delivery to LL22.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Llanddulas address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.

Labelling law for supplements from Llanddulas
Supplements sold from Llanddulas must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
