Common questions in Longbenton
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Longbenton, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
How long does delivery to Longbenton take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Longbenton orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in North Tyneside?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for North Tyneside, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
