Questions from Longford brands
Do I need to be based in Longford to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Longford deliveries go by tracked courier to DE6.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Longford, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Who enforces food labelling in Derbyshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Derbyshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
