Mitford questions
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Mitford?
Mitford is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
When will my labels arrive in Mitford?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Mitford orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in Mitford to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Mitford deliveries go by tracked courier to NE61.
