Common questions in Newbourne
Do I need to be based in Newbourne to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Newbourne orders go out by tracked courier to IP12.
How long does delivery to Newbourne take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Newbourne orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Newbourne?
Newbourne is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
