Questions from Nook brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Nook to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Nook orders go out by tracked delivery to HX7.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Who checks supplement labels in Calderdale?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Calderdale, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
