North Hill questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from North Hill?
North Hill is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long does delivery to North Hill take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most North Hill orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you only work with North Hill businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. North Hill deliveries go out by tracked delivery to PL15.
