FAQs for Orby
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Orby, showing our materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Lincolnshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Lincolnshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in Orby to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Orby deliveries go by tracked delivery to PE23.
