Common questions in Outwood
When will my labels arrive in Outwood?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Outwood orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in Outwood to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Outwood orders go by tracked courier to DY10.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
