Common questions in Padstow
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Padstow?
Padstow is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Padstow, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Padstow to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Padstow deliveries go by tracked courier to PL28.
How long does delivery to Padstow take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Padstow orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
