FAQs for Pathfinder Village
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Pathfinder Village, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Pathfinder Village businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Pathfinder Village deliveries go by tracked courier to EX6.
What label suits a powder tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Pathfinder Village?
Pathfinder Village is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
