FAQs for Petteridge
Who enforces food labelling in Kent?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Kent, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
How long does delivery to Petteridge take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Petteridge orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Petteridge businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Petteridge deliveries go by tracked courier to TN12.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
