Common questions in Probus
What label suits a powder tub?
White polypropylene with a laminate. It copes with powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
Do I need to be based in Probus to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Probus orders go out by tracked delivery to TR2.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Probus address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Who checks supplement labels in Cornwall?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
