FAQs for Rampton
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Variable data printing adds a different batch and date to each run, so there’s no need for a coder on short runs.
When will my labels arrive in Rampton?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Rampton orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Rampton?
Rampton is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you only work with Rampton businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Rampton deliveries go out by tracked courier to CB24.
Who enforces food labelling in Cambridgeshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cambridgeshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
