Ravenstown questions
How long does delivery to Ravenstown take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Ravenstown orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Ravenstown, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Ravenstown?
Ravenstown is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can you print batch codes and dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
