Questions from Rushmere brands
How long does delivery to Rushmere take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Rushmere orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Rushmere?
Rushmere is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you only work with Rushmere businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Rushmere orders go out by tracked delivery to NR33.
