Common questions in Sandhills
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Sandhills address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How long does delivery to Sandhills take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Sandhills orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Who checks supplement labels in Leeds?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Leeds, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
