Questions from Scottlethorpe brands
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Scottlethorpe, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
When will my labels arrive in Scottlethorpe?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Scottlethorpe orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you only work with Scottlethorpe businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Scottlethorpe orders go out by tracked delivery to PE10.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Scottlethorpe?
Scottlethorpe is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
