Seahouses questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Seahouses?
Seahouses is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Which material is best for a protein tub?
Laminated white PP. It stands up to powder, moisture and handling, and doesn’t lift on a curved tub.
When will my labels arrive in Seahouses?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so the majority of Seahouses orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Seahouses, showing our materials and finishes.
