Questions from Sodom brands
When will my labels arrive in Sodom?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so most Sodom orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Do you only work with Sodom businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Sodom deliveries go out by tracked delivery to SN15.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Sodom, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you add batch numbers and best-before dates?
We can. Our digital press adds a batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
