Questions from Sots Hole brands
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Sots Hole?
Sots Hole is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the smallest run you print?
There’s no fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
When will my labels arrive in Sots Hole?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of Sots Hole orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Sots Hole, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
