Questions from St Fergus brands
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in St Fergus, showing our materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in Aberdeenshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Aberdeenshire, overseen nationally by Food Standards Scotland. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Short runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
When will my labels arrive in St Fergus?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. We print in 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most St Fergus orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
