Common questions in St John's Chapel
When will my labels arrive in St John's Chapel?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days from proof approval, so the majority of St John's Chapel orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in St John's Chapel, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can combine several designs in one order.
Do you only work with St John's Chapel businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. St John's Chapel deliveries go out by tracked courier to DL13.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
